1. General Agreement
By opening a ticket, requesting work, or agreeing to a project, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
Failure to follow these terms may result in cancellation of your order without refund.
2. Services Provided
Trade Mark Studios offers digital services including, but not limited to:
- Frontend design
- Landing pages
- UI concepts
- Discord server design and setup
- Custom digital design work
All services are custom and tailored to each client.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full before final files or deliverables are released.
- Work may be previewed in a limited form before payment.
- Accepted payment methods will be discussed during the order process.
- Failure to complete payment will result in withholding of the final product.
4. Refund Policy
- All sales are final once work has begun.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client.
- Refunds will not be issued for completed or near-completed work.
Partial refunds may be considered only at the discretion of Trade Mark Studios.
5. Revisions
- A reasonable number of revisions may be included depending on the project.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.
- Major changes after concept approval may be treated as a new project.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide clear instructions and requirements.
- Respond in a timely manner.
- Provide necessary assets such as logos, text, or references.
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Full ownership of the final product is transferred only after full payment is received.
- Until payment is completed, all work remains the property of Trade Mark Studios.
- Trade Mark Studios reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Communication
All communication will take place through Discord unless otherwise agreed.
Professional and respectful communication is expected from both parties.
